GENERAL ADMINISTRATION MANAGER The General Administration Manager (GA Manager) will report to the President and will oversee the general administration of K.I.Asia, including human resources, IT and office management. For HR, major responsibilities include leading in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, overseeing the compensation and benefits programs, managing the recruitment process, and developing a human resource development plan. For IT, the major role is overseeing the technical staff and ensuring responsiveness of IT issues. For office management, the job will be to oversee general office management and ensure that administration of systems, policies and procedures are aligned with business strategies. The GA Manager will possess at least 8 years relevant experience, of which 5 years will have preferably been gained in a supervisory role, with a strong background in recruitment. The successful candidate will also have a proven ability in implementing fundamental HR programs and projects and must possess a strong and outgoing character. K.I.Asia requires candidates to possess a strong command of written and spoken Thai and English. They must be competent and comfortable with office computer software and capable of working on their own initiative. Essential requirements also include a strong, outgoing personality with the self-confidence to learn new skills, take responsibility for results and the desire to be part of a team working that is committed to promoting sustainable development in Thailand and the region.
